The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean accommodations. The location was convenient as it was situated on a bustling road, close to a shopping district just a short walk away. the service provided by the staff was excellent.
One drawback was the limited English-speaking staff, which made communication difficult unless one speaks Mandarin. Another negative aspect was the lack of English newspapers available, with only one copy provided for the lobby lounge.
